Ohh La La!

My friend who has excellent taste requested a pink pail to match a black and white toile with touches of pink bedroom. Oh what fun! Tres chic, n'est pas? Everytime I make one of these pails I think it has to be my favorite but this really is!! What a great idea my friend had. Being a teacher of French for 26+ years I have a love affair with Eiffel Towers, French poodles and anything else remotely French looking. My family buys me Eiffel Towers, too. I love it! So tell your sweetheart, je t'aime with your best French accent and they will think you are tres magnifique! Haha. Have a great Wednesday.

Sweet Bunny Applique

This is one design that I am doing for little girls for Easter. This is the smaller version bunny for 12 month sizes and less. The larger size shirts can accommodate the 5"x7" bunny. It is a sweet simple bunny.

Cade

I'm helping with a baby shower this week for a baby boy scheduled to arrive in April. I wanted to do a name picture for him. I usually use vinyl when I use a picture frame. However, I did not have baby blue vinyl so I used scrapbooking paper and put it on the inside of the frame instead of the outside. The colors are very soft so it doesn't show that well in a picture. I turned off my flash so that I wouldn't get a glare. I like it even if it doesn't photograph well...at least for me who needs some photography lessons. Maybe this summer I will take some lessons when I have more time. I'm off to our Bible study of Esther. Enjoy the rest of your weekend! See you tomorrow.

The Coach

I should be sewing Easter bunnies but I got side-tracked. I just wanted to sew for a sweet little boy whose dad is a baseball coach. I also found some Easter egg baseballs....too cute! One day he will probably follow in his dad's steps and love sports and play baseball. But right now he is one special baby boy!
